Narvi Labs is led by Mario Paolucci, a software architect with over a decade of experience building production systems for UK government, public sector, and enterprise clients. From nationwide digital services used by millions to AI-driven platforms for higher education, Mario has led engineering teams and shaped technical strategy on some of the UK's most complex digital programmes.

He holds a First Class MEng in Computer Science and has spent his career at the intersection of hands-on engineering and strategic architecture - equally comfortable writing code, leading teams, or advising senior stakeholders on the right technical direction.

Originally from Italy and based in Northern Ireland, Mario founded Narvi Labs to offer the kind of straight-talking, senior-level engineering help that's usually locked behind expensive consultancy engagements.
